About the City
Oberwesel is a particularly nice small town situated on the Rhein river. It is only an hour and a half from Frankfurt and has a population of 3000 inhabitants. The area is recognized as one of the most prolific wine regions in Germany. Oberwesel is an excellent destination for boat rides lovers on the Rhein but also for those willing to visit the local sights and towns nearby.


About school and accommodation
The courses and accommodation are based in the Schönburg medieval castle, overlooking the Rhein river. The city centre is at 15 minutes walk. Students have access to modern equipped classrooms, internet room, dining room, playroom and recreation room. Accommodation is made in 2-4 bedded rooms, most with private bathroom. It ensures full board and snack after lunch.


Sport and trips
The trips have potential destinations cities like Bingen, Rudesheim, Koblenz, Frankfurt, Heidelberg. In every afternoon and evening, there are organized various activities: disco, themed evenings and film screenings, barbeques, mini-Olympics, creative workshops which have the theme of different craft techniques, theatre, dance courses, health and beauty courses, photo and more. School base offers various options in terms of sports, students have access to a swimming pool, in addition to basketball, soccer and table tennis. It offers the possibility of practicing horse riding in exchange for an additional fee. Students must wear appropriate equipment for each activity chosen.
