About the School
Campus Abbey College Cambridge is located near the center of Cambridge, the host of the famous University of Cambridge. Authentic university atmosphere makes this location ideal for an academic camp. The school has modern classrooms, science laboratories, art studio, dining room, café, basketball court and gym.

Accommodation
The students are housed in college campuses. The rooms are individual, with a bathroom.

Leisure and Trips
The leisure program includes a variety of sports activities and exploratory games where students not only have the opportunity to connect new friends, but they also manage to put into practice the English language skills acquired during classes. One day trips to London, Birmingham, Norwich, Barton, Oxford, etc., as well as visits to Warwick Castle, Windsor, Cambridge Museum of Technology, King's College London, Harry Potter Studios and more are organized.

About courses

The program combines courses with practical seminars, educational excursions and workshops. Learners enrich their knowledge in various academic fields, improve their learning abilities, communicate in a social and academic context, enrich their general culture, and better understand the phenomena and themes of today's globalized society. Students are encouraged and motivated to perform as well.

  • Courses for kids: 7-12 years (June 29 - August 10) The program includes 26 hours of weekly study: English, Math, Natural Science, Art, Personal Development. Teachers are specialists in working with children in this age category. Some afternoons, native english students of the same age will join them 
  • Preparation and recap. for IGCSE (12 - 14 years): the curriculum includes a wide range of academic subjects: English, mathematics, human and natural sciences, and arts. Students develop their IT skills, learn more effectively, learn how to gather information and support presentations. This course provides an excellent basis for further academic development.
  • Preparation and recapitulation for IB / A-levels (15 - 17 years): students choose four subjects, which they will study each week. Their choice is made in advance, but for organizing a course there must be a minimum number of students enrolled. The subjects offered are: arts, theater, biology, chemistry, physics, economics and business, history, English, essay writing, presentation skills, literature, mathematics, psychology, knowledge theory, society and the environment.
  • Preparation for uiversity (July 27 - August 3): the program is intended for those who wish to continue their studies at a top university. Includes useful information on preparing students for Oxford or Cambridge admission interviews and admission exams, admission requirements, evaluation criteria for a good motivation letter. In addition, students are directly familiar with the Oxbridge student's lifestyle and find out interesting things about universities. Within this program they will develop critical analysis and critical thinking skills, improve their communication skills and have the opportunity to simulate admission interviews at universities. The course ends with a festive dinner with teachers.
